It's in what I think is the best area in New Orleans. 5 minute walk to the French Quarter; 5 minute walk to the Treme; 5 minute walk to the Marigny, less than 10 minute walk Frenchman. It's a quiet area a block outside the happenings. Doesn't get any better location wise. It's a no frills but very respectable place.
