I'm going to be out of town for summer and am looking for someone to sublease my room. Dates: May 11-August 22 Rent: $521 per month plus electric (rent covers water, wifi, and gas; may be negotiable) Awesome things about this place: For starters the backyard is amazing. Its brick and stone with fruit trees and some patio seating. I love being out there. The room has a huge picture window that looks out on to it. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and two other girls are going to be here this summer. Shannon is great, and her dad is the landlord, best landlord I've ever had. The common spaces are totally furnished. The apartment has a coded gate and the exterior doors have key codes instead of locks. The room has a private door to the exterior and the bathroom is shared by only two rooms (Shannon has a master). I am going to be leaving my bed, drawers, carpet, and the cool wood things I use as a table. If you want an unfurnished room and get to me before May 10th that can totally happen too. The apartment is pet friendly. I have a rabbit, one of the girls before had a dog. It just takes a little bit bigger deposit. A/C, washer/drying free and in unit. Generator unit in back incase of any power outages. Just a few streets off St. Charles, just under a mile to campus. The neighbors are nice and everyone looks out for each other.
