Summary: Assist in planning production schedules and monitoring inventory. Responsibilities: Assist with the following: Plans production schedules. Monitors materials inventories and tracks progress of production. Prepare inventory based on shop spool lists and work orders. Performs various production control activities including gathering and filing records, reporting on use of materials, monitoring customer orders, posting production schedules, and calculating production rates. Qualifications/Competencies/Experience: Requires a high school diploma or its a equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
